Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity performed through your account.

Our services

Reach Fuze provides digital social-media promotion and engagement services described on individual product pages. Package quantities, delivery estimates, refill coverage and requirements vary by service. We may modify, pause or discontinue services when necessary for quality, security, legal or operational reasons.

Customer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate public usernames, profile links or content URLs.
  • Keep the relevant profile or content public and accessible during delivery.
  • Do not change or delete the supplied username, profile or content while an order is active.
  • Do not submit passwords or private login credentials.
  • Use services lawfully and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy.

Orders and delivery

An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and the required information is valid. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed completion deadlines. Delivery may be affected by order size, demand, maintenance, platform conditions, account restrictions and third-party systems.

Payments

Prices are displayed before checkout. You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the amount shown. Taxes, exchange rates or payment-provider fees may apply depending on your location and payment method.

Refunds and refills

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Refill requests are governed by the Refill Policy and apply only when the selected package expressly includes refill coverage.

Third-party platforms

Reach Fuze is independent from YouTube, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, X and other third-party platforms. We do not control their systems, algorithms, policies, account decisions or future changes.

No guaranteed business outcome

Unless expressly stated for a specific delivery quantity, we do not guarantee rankings, reach, monetization, sales, revenue, followers beyond the purchased delivery, future engagement or other business results.

Prohibited conduct

You may not use the website for fraud, impersonation, harassment, illegal content, intellectual-property infringement, platform manipulation that violates applicable law, unauthorized access, malware, payment abuse or interference with our systems.

Intellectual property

The website, branding, text, design and software are owned by or licensed to Reach Fuze. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or exploit them except as permitted by law or written authorization.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access, cancel orders or refuse service where we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, security risk, unlawful conduct, repeated policy violations or non-payment.

Disclaimer and limitation

The website and services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Reach Fuze is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for third-party platform actions. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid for the affected order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
