You must use Reach Fuze lawfully, responsibly and only for accounts or content you are authorized to promote.

Prohibited uses

You may not use our services to:

• Promote illegal goods, services, activity or content.
• Harass, threaten, exploit, defame or impersonate another person or organization.
• Promote hate, terrorism, violence, sexual exploitation or abuse.
• Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity or other rights.
• Mislead people about political support, public safety, health, financial performance or other high-impact matters.
• Manipulate contests, elections, public voting, reviews, ratings or regulated decision-making.
• Promote malware, phishing, spam, credential theft or unauthorized access.
• Use stolen payment information, submit fraudulent disputes or evade account restrictions.
• Interfere with the website, bypass security controls, scrape protected areas or overload our systems.

Customer responsibility

You are responsible for the content and accounts submitted with an order and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable law, contractual obligations and relevant third-party platform rules.

Enforcement

We may reject, pause or cancel an order; restrict an account; preserve relevant records; or cooperate with payment providers and lawful authorities when we reasonably believe this policy has been violated.
