Reach Fuze delivers digital services to the public profile, page, channel or content URL submitted with an order. No physical product is shipped.
Starting an order
Processing begins after payment is confirmed and the required information is valid. Orders with missing, incorrect, private, restricted or inaccessible links may be delayed until corrected.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery estimates shown on product or package pages are approximate. Actual timing may vary because of order size, demand, maintenance, platform conditions, account status, regional availability and third-party systems.
Customer requirements
- Keep the relevant profile, page or content public during delivery.
- Do not change the username, delete the content or replace the submitted URL while an order is active.
- Do not place overlapping orders for the same service and target unless support confirms it is appropriate.
- Provide accurate information and respond promptly if support requests clarification.
Partial delivery
Some orders may be delivered gradually. A temporarily partial result does not mean the order is complete or failed while processing remains active.
Delays and interruptions
If an order is delayed, we may continue delivery, pause it while investigating, request corrected information, replace the service or apply the remedies described in the Refund Policy.
Completion
An order is considered completed when the purchased quantity has been delivered or when another agreed remedy has been provided. Platform-side removals after delivery are handled under the Refill Policy only where the selected package includes refill coverage.
